How to avoid milk leakage when take out the pump after pumping:
Hold the milk collector part and face up to take it out steadily to avoid the flange edge touching the clothes causing the sealed edge to be opened and leak. Remove the motor and lateral pouring the milk into a milk bottle from the collector hole.
Opt for a bra that has a nursing flap or clip-down cups that will give you quick access to flanges and all controls. A bra made of a stretchy fabric will fix the pump well and adjust to the changing size of your breast during your breastfeeding journey.
FAQ
What should I do to ensure normal suction?
1. Make sure that the breast pump is fully charged. (Approx. 2.5~3 hours, a full charge can be used for 60~80 minutes. The motor cannot be turned on when charging.)
2. Keep the main body of the breast pump and the accessories installed correctly and sealed.
3. Warm and massage the breasts before use to help suck milk.
4. Choose the correct size flange. (Except for the standard 24mm, there are also 17/19/21/27mm available in our Amazon shop.)
*The size of the flange you need is the size of your nipple. You can measure yours using a ruler or measuring tape. Be sure to measure the diameter of the nipple alone—do not include the areola.
5. Center the nipples in the flanges. Lean forward slightly and turn the pump on.
6. Keep the pump at slow speed and low suction first. Then adjust the motor to the best suitable mode and level for yourself.
*It is important to pump for 15 minutes, even if the milk stops flowing. The pumping stimulates the breasts to maintain milk supply.
